2022 Christian Ministry Advancement Conference

The CMA Conference (Christian Management Australia) was recently held in Melbourne with approximately 300 delegates from all over Australia representing many churches.  It was wonderful to attend a conference where prayer to begin each day was normal and all the delegates shared in the same visions and beliefs.

The conference heard from many speakers through workshops and panels about the many aspects of managing a church, including information about finance, managing people, IT, governance and more.  Rest assured there were workshops about ministry, brining people back together after COVID and wellbeing.

As the only Lutheran there, I was a bit lonely so would encourage all people to attend as you will learn lots and be encouraged on your journey.  It was a real blessing to attend a Christian conference.
