28 October easing of restrictions for religious groups

From Wednesday 28 October in Metropolitan Melbourne worship gatherings can take place with up to ten (10) participants indoors plus one faith leader OR twenty (20) participants outdoors plus one faith leader, proximate to a place of worship.
From Wednesday 28 October in Regional Victoria worship gatherings can take place with up to twenty (20) participants indoors plus one faith leader OR fifty (50) participants outdoors plus one faith leader, proximate to a place of worship.
It is anticipated from Monday 09 November in Metropolitan Melbourne worship gatherings can take place with up to twenty (20) participants indoors plus one faith leader OR fifty (50) participants outdoors plus one faith leader, proximate to a place of worship (subject to no further outbreaks)
As of 28 October the Permitted Worker travel permit is no longer required except where a worker is authorised to travel between Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria
